3. The lead time for sample and bulk? 

     sample : about 5 days     ;     bulk production : about 10 days

4. Do you daccept customized ?

    We can design for you and then send to you to confirm and  design ,size, paper type can also be customized.

5. How to pay?

   We accept T/T, WESTERN UNION, or paypal . You could pay once or 30% first and balance before shipping.

6. How to  place an order?

   You can contact any of us sale man for an order. Pls provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For designing and further discussion , it is better to contact us with trade manager , or  alibaba or skype or whatsapp or other instant ways incase of any delay. After confirming the detais and the price of the products , we will do sample and send to your for confirming. After confirmation, pls pay 30% first and then we can start bulk production. When finished, we will send picture for you to confirm. When all is ok, pls pay the balance and then we will arrange the shipment.

7.  When to get the price?

   Usually we quate our best price within 12 hours after we get your inquiry.
